**Attention All Members**

It's that time of year again! Please be reminded to renew both your membership and storage for the upcoming 2024-25 season (1 May 2024 - 30 April 2025).

(NOTE You must be a member to store craft)

**Membership and Storage Renewal Costs:**
- $50 for Active Members
- $180 for Craft Storage (1 May - 30 April) (Active membership required for storage)
- $160 for Outside Craft Storage (1 May - 30 April) (Active membership required for storage)
- $10 for Social Members (non-paddlers)

**Important Notes:**
- Once you have made payment and your craft can be identified in the storage space a small registration sticker will be applied to the tail of your craft.
- If you no longer require storage or intend to sell your craft, please inform us promptly via email or text so we can allocate spots to those on our waitlist.
- To access the toilet and showers at the Marina, you can purchase a dongle from the Marina office.

**Rules and Guidelines:**
- Marina car park is off-limits for Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc members as per Marina management's request.
- Only active members can be assigned a storage spot.
- Failure to pay by 30th June 2024 will result in the loss of your allocated storage spot. Your ski will be relocated to the outside storage racks and sold if not retrieved from the club by that date.
- All craft stored in the shed must have your name clearly displayed on the right, backside for easy identification. If you sell your craft to another club member, please replace the name sticker.
- Any changes to allocated storage spots must be arranged with a committee member.
- Storage fees are non-transferable, and no partial refunds will be issued.
- When paying for craft storage, please indicate your storage position(s) in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout, or communicate your name and storage position via email or text.

**Additional Information:**
- It is recommended to lock your craft when not in use.
- Storage of craft at Mooloolaba Paddlers shed is at your own risk, including damage caused by severe weather events or theft.
- Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc reserves the right to advertise any craft for sale if the owner's name is not clearly identified and the owner is unknown or not registered, or if the storage fee, and membership, have not been paid.

Thank you for your attention to these renewal and storage guidelines. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and fairness for all members. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Buck Rogers
President
