CRAFT STORAGE STOCKTAKE - Next Week
Hi Team,
Thank you to everyone who contributed to building and labeling our new shed—it’s been a fantastic team effort!
We are now updating our records to account for all storage spots within the club. To do this, Carol Jones (our new Secretary), Jamie (our Treasurer), and I will be conducting a full stocktake to account for all crafts currently stored in the paddle shed.
What You Need to Do:
- Register your craft online: If you own a craft, please log in and register its storage position, and give as many details as you can on the form, so we can identify your craft. REGISTER HERE
- Ensure your financial records are current: We will cross-check your membership and financial status during this process.
Important Notes:
- Membership is required for craft storage: Non-members are not eligible to store crafts in the shed.
- Labeling: Your name will be added to your craft near the tail on the right-hand side.
- Selling your craft: If you sell your craft, please remove it from the compound. Storage cannot be transferred to new owners, and new owners must apply for their own membership and storage.
- Unregistered or unpaid crafts: Crafts without records in our database and/or with unpaid fees will be removed from the storage area.
Reminder:
- Mooloolaba Paddlers is not responsible for your craft: Your fees cover storage space only.
Thank you for your cooperation. Let’s keep our club organized and running smoothly!
