Cyclone and High Wind Warning – Secure Your Craft
Attention all paddlers,
As many of you are aware, a Category 2 cyclone is expected to make landfall from Tuesday night onwards. This is a timely reminder to please ensure your craft is secure—use tie-downs, tape, or, if possible, completely remove your craft from the shed until the dangerous winds subside.
Please note that Mooloolaba Paddlers takes no responsibility for any damage or theft of craft.
For more details on the weather, you can visit the BOM website for full wind predictions.
Please stay safe on the roads and at home, and only go out when it is safe to do so.
